Fitness is an extremely important aspect of anyone’s life; but for Clay, it meant his survival. Had he not been in shape when he was overseas fighting for our country in Afghanistan, he would not be here right now. Although Clay was in a situation of direct danger, most people don’t realize the everyday dangers that are around them. He believes in getting clients to a healthy blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, and increasing their immune system, because it will extend their time on this planet and with their loved ones.
As serious as your health is, Clay still believes fitness needs to be fun! Those who train with him know that he is a huge motivator. He has played sports his whole life and was even scouted to go professional for baseball. However, he chose to fight for our country. Through sports he learned not only the correct form for weight lifting and the correct foods to put in your body, but also the value of having a mentor by your side through these endeavors. He strives to be that mentor for his clients.
